Every subscriber is expected to pay a minimum sum to be specified in the deed of contract on a monthly basis after the initial deposit according to the chosen payment plan; default in payment for three consecutive months will lead to revocation of the transaction.
The Price shall be any of the options below with indicated minimum initial deposit based on the chosen payment plan.
You are entitled to a refund at any stage before payment of 75% of total sum payable after which you will not be entitled to any refund.
This refund shall be less 3O% of amount paid and a $100 administrative charge
Legal fee should be paid once payment for the property is completed as well as the developmental fee.
A. Legal fee: 5% of the purchase price (Governor’s consent not inclusive)
B. Survey: this will be done by the purchaser
C. Developmental fee stated below shall be paid alongside payments of the Property i.e.
$10,000.00 or equivalent in Naira per Villa (subject to review).
D. Government grant- $27 or equivalent per annum.
E. Maintenance fee- $166 or equivalent per annum
